Trump Tower Tbilisi project kicks off in Georgia, backed by Archi Group, other partners

The Trump Tower Tbilisi project, the Trump brand's first luxury tower in the Caucasus, officially launched in Tbilisi, Georgia, with Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze in attendance. This $2 billion development, backed by the Trump Organization, Archi Group, and other partners including prominent Israeli Meni Benish, will feature six towers, with the 280-meter Trump Tower as its centerpiece. The project, expected to open in 2031 with the entire district completed by 2033, aims to transform Tbilisi into a major international urban, tourism, and economic hub, creating thousands of jobs and boosting various sectors.

Prime Minister Kobakhidze described the launch as "a historic day for Tbilisi and Georgia."

Eric Trump, joining via video, emphasized the project's ideal location, partners, and timing, comparing it to New York's Trump Tower. Georgian officials, including Economy Minister Mariam Kvrivishvili, highlighted the development as "an expression of confidence in the Georgian economy, its stability, and its long-term growth prospects."
