Tzofim North America taps new leadership for CEO, board president

Tzofim North America, the North American branch of the Israeli Scouts' global movement Tzofim Olami, has announced new leadership appointments. Raz Avitan Katz has been named Chief Executive Officer, and Orit Morgenshtern will serve as President of the Board. These appointments aim to support the organization's expanding youth movement, immersive Israel experiences, and summer programs. Katz brings over 15 years of experience leading civil society organizations, while Morgenshtern has more than three decades of Jewish communal leadership in North America and Israel. Katz stated, "At a time when young people and Jewish communities are navigating profound challenges, our mission is more important than ever."
