British Prime Minister Andy Burnham announced that he had agreed to Saudi Arabia’s request to provide aerial refueling capabilities for defensive purposes for a limited period.Bloomberg previously reported that Burnham was considering providing operational assistance to the Saudi military in confronting the Houthis and working with other countries to enlist their support in efforts to curb the rebels in Yemen.
