US CENTCOM Hits Iranian Infrastructure Targets as Israeli Ambassador Says Jerusalem Ready to Join Fight

The U.S. has conducted its sixth consecutive night of strikes against Iranian military infrastructure, targeting bridges, airports, and communication towers, as diplomatic efforts between Washington and Tehran falter. This escalation follows Iran's failure to adhere to a Memorandum of Understanding, specifically regarding keeping the Straits open, as noted by Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. Yechiel Leiter. Leiter stated, "We're a partner, an ally, and if the United States calls on us to rejoin kinetic activity against Iran, we're gonna be there for the United States." Iran has retaliated with missile attacks against U.S. allies, including Qatar, and vowed to "resist to the end." The Trump administration maintains that Iran was offered opportunities for peace and billions in investment if it abandoned nuclear ambitions, ceased supporting terrorism, and normalized relations with neighbors.
