US military finds ‘unidentified remains’ at Jordan base attacked by Iran

Separately, a U.S. service member was killed in northern Iraq on July 18 during a controlled detonation of unexploded ordnance from a downed Iranian drone, with another sustaining a minor injury. President Donald Trump stated the U.S. military retaliated against the Islamic regime, saying, "We did that in honor of the probably three—it's probably three as opposed to two—great patriots." Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that while most missiles were shot down, "One leaked through, hit the wrong place, and tragically, and it’s heartbreaking."
