US strikes Iran for 9th straight night; IRGC launches retaliatory attacks on Syria, Kuwait and Bahrian

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that a Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist, Taher Ahmad Salem Abd al-Wahed, involved in the October 7, 2023, Nova music festival attack, was killed in a strike in the central Gaza Strip on Friday. Abd al-Wahed reportedly “infiltrated the Nova music festival and commanded the abduction of Inbar Haiman,” whose remains were later returned to Israel. In a separate strike in central Gaza, another Islamic Jihad operative, Salah Subhi Salah Qatrawi, was killed. Qatrawi was accused of attempting to facilitate attacks on Israeli troops near aid distribution sites. Both operatives were targeted due to their alleged attempts to advance “imminent” attacks on IDF troops and Israeli civilians.
