100 Chambers of Commerce in Reach Globally, Says Head of Israel House

Itsik Moshe, head of the Israel-Georgia Business Chamber and founder of Israel House, proposes establishing 100 public diplomacy offices worldwide, free of cost to Israel. This initiative, highlighted at a July event in Jerusalem marking 30 years of the Israel-Georgia Business Chamber and 15 years of Israel House, aims to replicate the successful Georgia-Israel model of diplomacy through economic ties, tourism, and people-to-people initiatives. Moshe emphasizes working bilaterally with local people and non-Jewish student leaders, stating, "In my opinion, this is work that government officials cannot do, and it is also work that local Jews cannot do." The strategy also includes a practical program to combat antisemitism by promoting parliamentary resolutions and incorporating relevant educational material, framing antisemitism as a problem for the societies in which it flourishes.
