IDF: Interceptor mistakenly launched at friendly fire in southern Lebanon

A short while ago, an interceptor was mistakenly launched toward a target that was later identified as IDF fire from operations conducted within the Security Zone in southern Lebanon. No injuries were reported, said the IDF Spokesperson's Unit.

The incident is under review. No sirens were sounded in accordance with protocol.
