British technology holding company Circeus has acquired Israeli AI-based start-up Dondy for several million dollars. Founded less than two years ago by childhood friends Or Shreiber, Tamir Or, and Inbal Katz, Dondy develops AI agents that manage customer interactions for businesses, including sales, marketing, and customer service. The company, which has never received venture capital funding, currently serves over 70,000 businesses in 140 countries and handles over one million customer interactions annually. The founders will remain in their leadership roles, and this acquisition marks Circeus's first venture into the Israeli market.
