Knesset panel approves budget transfer of NIS 270 million to haredi education during recess

The Knesset Finance Committee approved the transfer of approximately NIS 270 million to haredi education institutions during the Knesset's recess, part of a larger NIS 1 billion allocation for various ministries. The Supreme Court Justice Alex Stein ordered petitioners challenging these transfers to report back to the High Court of Justice, which will review the decisions and determine if further judicial measures are required.
