Rubio: Progress on opening of Strait of Hormuz in talks with Iran, but nothing final

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Tuesday that progress has been made in talks with Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz.

"Nothing is final," he said, "I hope the agreement will be signed very soon."
