The Supreme Court unanimously accepted Ra'am's appeal and overturned the Central Elections Committee's decision to disqualify the party from running in the elections for the 26th Knesset.The court ruled that the materials submitted to the Central Elections Committee did not meet the legal threshold established by case law for disqualifying a list of candidates.
